Coach Kramer Hagan leads QB Country Shreveport, delivering top-tier quarterback training to athletes of all levels across the Ark-La-Tex region. Known for his expertise and passion, Hagan joined QB Country in 2025, ready to shape the next generation of elite quarterbacks.

A Sacramento native, Hagan made his mark as one of the most prolific quarterbacks in Capital Christian High School history. Over his three varsity seasons, he racked up 6,854 passing yards and 64 touchdowns, setting a CIF Sac-Joaquin Section record with a 65% completion rate. As a senior, he earned All-State honors from Cal-Hi Sports and Rivals.com, was named All-City by the Sacramento Bee, and took home Golden Empire League Offensive MVP. His performance earned him a scholarship to Portland State University, where he played for legendary coach and run-and-shoot innovator Mouse Davis.

Since college, Hagan has built a reputation as a skilled quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator, developing standout players and high-performing offenses in California and North Louisiana. Under his guidance, his team recently achieved the top-ranked statistical offense in Louisiana and the fourth-best in the nation, reflecting his ability to train quarterbacks and refine their skills for peak performance.
