Coach Landry Klann

Landry Klann leads QB Country Dallas, coaching quarterbacks year-round at all levels from youth to the pros at QBC’s Plano facility. His trainees include Dallas Cowboys quarterback Cooper Rush. Klann was a four-year letterman at Nicholls State University, where he became the first Nicholls quarterback to throw for more than 2,000 yards in a season since 1998. He finished his college career with more than 3,500 yards passing and maintained a 60 percent completion rate.

Klann is a 2010 graduate of McCollum High School in San Antonio, Texas. During his prep career he threw for almost 6,000 yards and rang up 52 passing touchdowns. He also added 2,000 yards rushing with another 34 touchdowns on the ground. Earning Offensive MVP as well as 1st Team All-District at both quarterback and safety, he holds nearly every statistical record at McCollum High School. Landry also earned 1st Team All-District in basketball and baseball.

Klann was recommended to QB Country by legendary NFL and Ole Miss great Archie Manning.

Dustin Vaughn graduated from Calallen High School in 2009 where he was a three-sport star in football, basketball, and baseball and played under the current winningest Texas high school football coach Phil Danaher. Vaughn received a scholarship to West Texas A&M University, leading the Buffaloes to a bowl game and two playoff appearances. A three-year starter, he threw for more than 13,500 yards and 123 touchdowns. His honors include: Harlon Hill finalist, NFF National Scholar-Athlete, First Team All-American, First Team Academic All-American, Team Captain, and All-Conference recognition.

Vaughn entered the 2014 NFL Draft and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Dallas Cowboys. He worked his way onto the active roster as a rookie to become the third string quarterback under Tony Romo and Brandon Weeden. He remained with the Cowboys until after the 2015 preseason and spent the next three NFL seasons with the Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Baltimore Ravens. In his four-year NFL experience under quarterbacks like Romo, Ben Roethlisberger, and Joe Flacco, Dustin developed an even deeper knowledge of the game and the quarterback position. He currently plays for the San Antonio Commanders of the AAF.
