The COMPLETE QB Performance System is a year-long training program that evolves with your competitive schedule. Over the first three months, you’ll see meaningful, measurable progress.

In the first six weeks:

  • Eliminate the guesswork. Our proven system has helped hundreds of high school, college and professional quarterbacks. We’ll make sure that you no longer need to guess when you step on the field or into the gym. Our program will provide the ultimate clarity and guidance in your strength work, arm care, skill and speed work so there is zero confusion throughout the course of your season. As a result, you’ll build performance while moving better, feeling better and avoiding the aches and pains that come with a long season.
  • Unleash peak athletic performance. No more training like a power lifter or middle linebacker. Our comprehensive training app delivers your workouts straight to your phone with exercises, sets, reps and video guides for each training session so there’s no margin for error. By following our program, you will improve arm strength and distance on your ball, throwing velocity and greater speed on the field.

Together we’ll integrate this unique, science-backed and battle-tested system so that you make significant progress towards your performance goals.

I the undersigned patron of QB Country Performance hereby state and represent as follows: 1. I have no known medical problems that would preclude me from participation in any of QB Country Performance's programs, and the information I have provided to QB Country Performance regarding my medical condition and physical condition is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. 2. My participation in any of QB Country Performance's programs is voluntary, and I have the right to withdraw from any of the programs at any time. If I withdraw from the programs, however, I am still responsible for any monetary obligations that I may have incurred in the course of my participation. 3. Neither QB Country Performance, nor any of its agents or representatives, has guaranteed me success in any of the programs. 4. I hereby agree to forever waive any and all claims that I have against QB Country Performance or its agents or employees as a result of my participation in any of QB Country Performance's programs. This release shall be binding on my heirs, legal representatives and assigns. 5. I hereby consent to and permit QB Country Performance to use the data obtained as a result of my participation in QB Country Performance's programs in reports or publications, but my identity will not be revealed in any such reports unless I have given my specific consent to do so. 6. In the event of physical injury resulting from my participation in any of QB Country Performance's programs, no medical or monetary compensation will be provided to me by QB Country Performance. I will assume and pay, either personally or through my own medical insurance coverage, for all medical bills or expenses incurred as a result of my participation in QB Country Performance's programs. 7. Risk and discomforts: When participating in athletic development programs, as with any sport/athletic activity, there exists a possibility of straining muscles and spraining ligaments. QB Country Performance will try to minimize these risks. It is not uncommon to experience some delayed onset muscle soreness when starting a conditioning program. I have read this release and the information provided to me by QB Country Performance, and I understand that I am signing a complete release from any claim resulting from my participation in any of QB Country Performance's programs.
