Anthony Boone leads QB Country Charlotte. He was born and raised in Weddington, North Carolina and starred at Weddington High School, where he was ranked among the top 40 high school quarterbacks in the nation by ESPN. He earned a scholarship to Duke University, becoming a two-year starter and team captain for the Blue Devils. As a junior he led Duke to a 9-2 record and ACC Coastal Division Championship despite suffering a fractured collarbone in week two, completing 64% of his passes and throwing for 2,260 with 13 TDs. As a senior, he led Duke to another nine-win season, marking the first time Duke earned back-to-back nine-win seasons in program history. Boone threw for more than 2700 yards and 19 TDs, earning Team MVP and honorable mention All-ACC honors. He remains Duke’s all-time winningest quarterback. He has trained numerous high-level college and NFL QBs, including Sam Howell (Commanders), Daniel Jones (Giants), PJ Walker (Panthers), Grayson McCall (Coastal Carolina), and 2022 ACC Player of the Year Drake Maye (UNC).
